GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All bookings made are subject to our standard Terms and Conditions
1. Redemption
Go Eco Glamping Gift Vouchers may only be redeemed toward a yurt booking when booked directly with Go Eco Glamping and not through an affiliate partner. Bookings must either be made via the website “Book Now” page or by emailing info@goecoglamping.co.uk or telephoning +44 7788 171878.
The value of the Gift Voucher will be deducted from the total cost of the booking and no cash will be given in lieu of any unspent portion of the voucher value. If the chosen booking exceeds the Gift Voucher's value, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method (major credit or debit card) at the time of booking or via invoice for payment by bank transfer.
2. Limitations
Gift Vouchers expire 12 months from the date of issue. The date of issue can be set in advance of the purchase date if requested when purchased. The expiry date is shown on each voucher and refers to the dates chosen for the booking and NOT the date the booking is made. Gift Vouchers may not be redeemed to make a booking through any affiliate partner site. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase another Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers can be resold or transferred but are not redeemable for cash.
3. Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for the Gift Voucher pass to the purchaser upon our posting or electronic transmission of the Gift Voucher to the purchaser or chosen recipient. We are not responsible if any Gift Voucher that is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
The unique code on the Gift Voucher used to redeem the voucher value at checkout is usable only once. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and chosen recipient to keep this code secure and not share the code with anyone else.
4. Cancellation of a Gift Voucher Booking
If you cancel or amend your booking, there may be a cancellation charge or amendment fee. In any event, if you fail to cancel or amend your booking in accordance with Go Eco Glamping’s cancellation or amendment policy, you will be charged a cancellation or amendment fee.
Further details of our cancellation policy are set out in our email to you confirming your booking and are also available on the website prior to you making a booking. Where a cancellation fee is applied, this will be deducted from the total amount you paid at the time of booking and any remaining balance will be returned back onto your Gift Voucher balance (and or your credit/ debit card if applicable) to be used again.
Where no cancellation fee is applied, the full value of your Gift Voucher will be refunded back onto your Gift Voucher balance.
5. Refund of a Gift Voucher
The purchaser has two weeks from the date of purchase to request a full refund for the Gift Voucher.
The Gift Voucher recipient cannot request a cash refund for the Gift Voucher at any time.
