The 3 yurts are all designed for a super-comfortable stay – with a king size bed, clothes storage, a sofa facing a log-burner mounted on a fabulous, round, Welsh slate hearth and dining table and chairs both inside and outside on the deck. There is electric lighting and sockets for chargers. Our yurts have excellent Wi-Fi, so you can enjoy the peace of nature without missing out on staying connected.
Just off the deck, there is a Kadai firepit, which has a grill, tripod and skillet for cooking outside or just sitting round a fire. Each yurt has yoga mats, sun-loungers and a picnic blanket for making the most of outdoor living.
We provide 100% cotton bed linen, towels, eco-friendly, ethical toiletries suitable for our water treatment plant, along with a welcome pack of logs.
Meadow Yurt is an authentic Mongolian Ger with stunning carved woodwork. It is situated in the wild flower meadow surrounded by flowers and bird song, with a view to the hills beyond.
The yurt is well-insulated and the log-burner keeps it cosy and warm, even in the winter. It has a comfortable king-size bed, electric lighting and sockets for chargers.
Please be aware this yurt has feather bedding - Lake and Woodland Yurts have hypoallergenic microfibre bedding.
The shepherd’s hut is on the deck next to the yurt and contains the private facilities.
The wood-fired hot tub is accessed directly from the deck.
The well-appointed shower-room has a proper flushing toilet and a large walk-in shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The fully equipped fitted kitchen has a gas cooker, with hob and oven, and a small fridge.
