is a co-operative family business, with each of us bringing our unique skillset and leading projects in our areas of expertise. We are all also enjoying learning new skills on our journey - habitat conservation, woodland management and off-grid problem solving!
Together, we share a passion for wildlife, conservation, and creating spaces where people can truly relax and reconnect with nature. We love sharing this peaceful place with our guests.

WHO WE ARE
We’re Carol, Chris, and our son, Joe, the owners of Go Eco Glamping. Our journey began on a crisp January day when we first came here and fell in love with this special place. In May 2024, we took over this extraordinary retreat, inspired by its natural beauty and the vision that started it all.
CAROL
is an experienced plantswoman and leads our planting programme. She has planted over 300 native trees and shrubs in hedges, screens and new woodland areas over this last winter and is sowing thousands of wildflower seeds this spring. She is also a designer and mosaic artist - she has created unique pieces for the yurts and led the interiors' refurbishment.
CHRIS
has decades of experience in construction and has led the structural renovation of the site and has also built a new electrics room. He enjoys crafting unique, inspiring structures and is excited about the new projects he is planning.
JOE
is our technician, designing and commissioning a full upgrade of our off-grid, solar electrical system. He installed a WIFI mesh system, bringing connectivity to all the yurts. He is also a talented maker, bringing life to one-of-a-kind wooden and metal artefacts, including all the bespoke lighting in the yurts.
