Go Eco Glamping is set in a 5 acre wildlife haven. The site was originally a conservation project and the lake was created for wildlife habitat. We have a wildflower meadow, bounded by native trees and hedges, with some bracken areas to the sides. This slopes down to a woodland area around the lake and along the stream, with a wetland meadow area adjacent.

There is a diverse range of native trees, fungi, wildflowers and plant species throughout these areas, which we are continually expanding to enrich the various habitats. This provides homes for a rich variety of insects, birds and animals.

Go Eco is perfect for wildlife photographers, birdwatchers and people who want to relax and connect with nature. The great tits and blue tits are very friendly and will feed from the hand, which is an amazing experience. We provide peanuts at reception for you to feed the birds!

Please have a browse through our gallery to see some of the amazing wildlife here at Go Eco. We also have a visiting otter at the lake, a colony of bats in the woodland and many water voles by the stream who are avoiding having their photo taken so far!

Our beautiful plants and trees are constantly changing through the seasons

We have so many birds that make their homes with us or visit through the year. We are surrounded by birdsong.

The wildflowers bring huge numbers of bees and butterflies, while dragonflies hunt for smaller insects.

Looking for your perfect luxury nature retreat?

We have many resident animals: bats, frogs, toads, newts, voles, mice, rabbits, squirrels and visiting weasels, foxes and an otter.
